"Welcome Panel"

19th century copy of a 15th century Swiss leaded stained
glass "Marriage" or "Welcome" panel, often designed to celebrate a marriage or the return of a Patrician from war. Entirely hand painted depicting a Man and Lady within
an architectural stone portico. Entirely hand-painted
with the use of silver stain and acid etching. No fading to painting, with lead in excellent original condition.
Ideal to suspend from a window.
