"The Tree of Jesse"

Original Swiss 17th century antique leaded stained glass panel. Beaufully painted with enamel and silver stain paints depicting the "Tree of Jesse", the family tree of Jesus Christ showing his
ancestors as far as Jesse (the reclining figure) above are King
David, King Solomon and the Madonna & child amongst others. Dated 1657, the panel has had past lead strap restoration and one insert, no fading and is generally in excellent condition for its age. Hanging hooks have now been attached so it can be hung at a window.
