French Architectural Entrance Way
Large French architectural entrance way. Comprising of two fixed panels,
two doors and one fixed transom top stained glass pieces, c19th century.
Each hand painted on obscure "Cathedral" glass with a connecting Pond
scene, depicting Storks, Birds and Butterflies, various flowers,
Sunflowers, Hollyhocks and Lilac blossom, with a red coloured glass
border. Beautifully painted with enamel and silver stain paints. Glass in
excellent condition and in original wood panelled doors/frames. Removed
from an
apartment in Toulouse, southern France. |
