"Hawking"

Set of antique stained glass windows originally from Scarisbrick
Hall, Lancashire, England. Comprising of 4 leaded and hand
painted panels with the lower two depicting a couple Hawking,
 the top panels being the ancient coat of arms of the Scarisbrick family. All four windows are excellent quality, in perfect original condition. The set can be inserted into a building project or made
 into a wall light box display.

Scarisbrick Hall
was the ancestral home of the Scarisbrick family and dates back
to the time of 1135. The present building, considered to be one
of the finest examples of Victorian Gothic architecture in England, was designed by the architect Augustus Pugin, but after his untimely  death in 1852 the building was completed in 1867 by his son
