Decorative stained glass window circa early 1950’s, leaded with hand rolled coloured stained glass, painted depicting two angels with flame halo’s and dressed in flowing robes, around is colourful abstract glass.

Douglas Hamilton (1895-1959) trained with the Stephen Adam Studio and worked for Guthrie & Wells before setting up his own business in 1938. Over the next 21 years, until his death in 1959, he made stained glass for well over 90 churches, mainly in Scotland.
